ZAP Piling Pte. Ltd. has introduced and adapted the innovative “Pile Extraction” method of H Piles, RC piles and Bored Piles in Singapore. This method has been done through our internal constant modifications and improvement to our machinery capability to suit local environment. The main advantages of our method allow the physical verification of extracted piles and acquiescence of environmental issues.

In the application, this method was first introduced in year 2002 and deployed successfully to extract 66 numbers of piles with an average length of 18m. Subsequently, in year 2003, this method was successfully accomplished to extract more than 200 piles in LTA – C8232 Bishan SMRT Depot project. Constantly, our method has been applied in numbers of pile extraction projects in Singapore.

As recognition to our demonstrated leadership, innovation and sustained efforts, our method was renowned to the Construction 21 Best Practice Award year 2004 by Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
