The Management has officially launched the ZAP WHSP – “I believe… I CAN” (IbIC) project on 24 December 2008.

The project aims to promote a positive, supportive and healthy work environment; encouraging active participation and interaction of the staffs and their family members.

The introduction of the ‘ZAP’ bonus is linked to the reward token and performance appraisal.

The IbIC Project ‘Score Card’ is available at Head office.

The project activities inclusive of:
  1. Screenings (Health and Fitness).
  2. Health Education (Talks and Workshops)
  3. Sports and Wellness Classes (Group and Site Exercises)
  4. Others (i.e. Family Active Day, Team Building, etc).
